We would like to take this opportunity to share a little more about our Outreach Team, currently led by Olivia.

Every Friday evening, Olivia and two colleagues travel around the city to help ensure that no one is left unfed. The team is equipped with a trolley containing hot meals, sandwiches, snacks, and water, as well as foil blankets and sleeping bags, where available.

This work is especially important, as not everyone feels comfortable coming to the Kitchen, and some individuals may have found a place where they feel safer to bed down for the night.

We would also like to recognise Olivia for taking part in a first aid course, which is another positive step forward for our Kitchen and the support we are able to offer.

We would also like to highlight that, on most Saturday mornings, Andrew goes out around the city on outreach to help ensure our community is fed. Recently, Tracy has been able to join him on three occasions, which has been greatly appreciated.
