We are pleased to confirm that we will definitely be out on Christmas day 12.00-14.00 to feed the street homeless in Nottingham. There will be a change of venue this year and we will be situated by Marks and Spencer on Wheeler Gate NG1 7DB, any problems please call Andrew on 07710 754764.

On Boxing day "Jono" from the Red Bar and Grill is donating 50 lunches for us to distribute to the most need... -
Christmas appeal 2023
As always we have high demand for any long life food stuffs ( tinned, cereals, pasta etc) and toiletries, underwear, socks, gloves, scarves, hats, sleeping bags etc.

November 2023
On the 9th November Tracy is taking part in the Big Sleep Out plus giving a short talk on her personal experiences of being homeless as a teenager. This event is being held at the Notts County Football Club and senior management of local companies and organisations meet, then sleep out with a view to raising awareness and generating funds.

On 30th August Tracy's Street Kitchen along with the Long Eaton Rotary Club worked together on a family fun day at Trent College.

The event was well attended and the kitchen fed over 2000 people including the local Mayor. On the 26th of October 2016 Tracy's Street Kitchen first set up shop in Trinity Square Nottingham feeding the homeless, a lot has changed since then. We have been through a Pandemic, we now face a cost of living crisis but we have adapted and still provide as much help as we can with the support of our friends and sponsors... -

A little more news on Tracy, she is now on the board of Trustees at Emanuel House sharing her personal knowledge with her colleagues and helping the organisation move forward.
If she doesn't do enough Tracy is now a full Rotarian and getting involved with their charitable work. -

As you are aware we were out on Easter Sunday providing brunch for the street homeless in Nottingham, it was a a great success and well attended. We had lots of help and support from various sources but special thanks go to Willis Lodge residential home. Our thanks go to management, staff and residents who all paid a part in the event and we were lucky enough to have staff and residents help us on the day.

As we end another financial year and look back we are pleased to have been able to have helped families, schools, the genuinely disadvantaged and some of the street homeless but the demand on our services increases especially with the ongoing cost of living crisis.

This month brings good news as we are now working with GO4Greener waste management who have provided us with coffee, creamer, cereal and other goodies for us to distribute through our network to those most in need. We are pleased to report that we provided approximately 45 Christmas lunches for the street homeless on Christmas Day in the city centre, an extra special thanks to Tracy and Max for preparing and cooking the food, we would also like to say thank you to Andrew for his work behind the scenes liaising with all the regulatory bodies plus all our volunteers on the day helping it all run smoothly.

As mentioned last month we will be out on Christmas Day in Trinity Square providing a full home cooked lunch and dessert between 11am and 1pm for Nottingham's street homeless, this will be our 7th year and we were out all through COVID.
